The confidence percentage is the element most people skip, and it is the most important. It is the field that generates calibration data. A vague record of “I thought this would go well” is not useful for calibration analysis. “I was 80% confident this campaign would hit its target” is a data point you can evaluate six months later and trend across a hundred decisions.
