Alias / Disposable Email

A forwarding email address used in place of your real one for signups, so it can be disabled the moment it starts receiving spam or appears in a data incident.

An email alias forwards to your real inbox but can be individually disabled, letting you trace exactly which signup leaked or sold your address and cut it off without touching your main email.

Why it matters: a unique alias per service turns a mass data data incident into a contained, traceable incident instead of exposing the one address tied to your entire digital identity.
